it all began with our house
Though Brice and I both loved to design and build from an early age, we pretty well stuck to Lego’s and etch-a-sketch. When we decided to build our house, a new story began and we uncovered a passion we hadn’t realized we suppressed. Out of chaos, heartbreaks and misfortunate events, sprinkled with a few wins here-and-there, came a side hustle that we’ve now taken to a whole new level. With each project we take on, an elevated design comes to life and keeps the passion for design and build burning bright.

Brooke the Builder
From a place of chaos and clutter, doodles and drawings, trial and error and constant To-Do list revisions, my frugal upbringing shaped me into an improvisational *wizard,* welding and constructing my own (or Brice’s) ideas. Being able to create stunning, one of a kind elements people will enjoy for years to come is what brings me the most joy! I love shaking up traditional “norms” in a male-dominated industry and hope to inspire a generation of women to break through the glass ceiling—and then learn how to rebuild it themselves. I pride myself on constant communication and being detail oriented, two things I think were lacking in this industry and that I believe are crucial to success (in all aspects of life).
Brice the Designer
From very humble beginnings, I was filled with small town values and a strong work ethic. Plus, as an only child with an encouraging mom, I had a lot of time to myself to think, dream, and imagine…so creativity came naturally to me! I’ve always had a passion for design and customization. Looking back, I used to customize everything, from sneakers to my car, to my patients’ smiles and our house. Now that Brooke and I are customizing homes for other people, I feel like I push the limits on how I design a space. I want to elicit feelings of joy while still embracing functionally and form, ultimately elevating the entire space to be EXACTLY what the homeowner didn’t even know they wanted, but now love! My goal is to inspire people to think bigger, reach farther, be better and shake up norms, all while enjoying the journey—both the peaks and the valleys. Never be afraid to creatively do BIG things!
